    Superb

staff were all very friendly and profesional. great location, minutes from tube station with bars and shops all around

room a little small but at such a good price and very clean not a big deal for a couple of nights

    Good

The location is perfect in between St. Pancras and Russel square. 5 minutes from each underground station.

You need a shoe horn to get into your room. Carpets very dirty. Needs to be replaced. Bed was clean and so was the bathroom. Shower very small , could barely move my arms. Walls made out of " paper" . I could overhear whole conversations in the next room.

    Very good

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the reception was open 24 hours luckily as we arrived very late in the evening. The room was small but very nicely decorated, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a good hot breakfast cooked on the spot on request, otherwise cereal and fruit. The dining room was again small but comfortable, clean and well decorated.

The hotel entrance was a little cramped as well as the stairs down to the breakfast room.

    Exceptional

I thought the Leigh House Hotel was brilliant the 24 hour service was great for late arrival, the breakfast was good and service provided was very quick and efficient. Thank you very much to reception staff he was truely excellent, and went out of his way to let us know the best places to go which for myself being new to the area was a massive help :)

Narrow space for clothing breakfast not so diversified (fruit not fresh).

    Very good

The location was excellent - close to King's Cross, St Pancras, and Russell Square tube stations. Also close to many food outlets and pubs. Generally clean and breakfast is good.

The basement room was quite small for 3 people. The bathroom was also not ensuite, but it was at least almost exclusive for our use.

A really nice little hotel, with friendly and welcoming staff. Room 11 was very clean and comfortable, and the cooked breakfast was a bonus.

    Superb

All was perfect, I was on room number 5 and was very confortable and clean. This hotel its perfect to enjoy london. I will come back on my next stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

the kitchen is open to the breakfast room and the food smells seep into clothes. But the food was well

    Exceptional

There were two things in particular I liked about the hotel - first, it had a very friendly atmosphere, the staff were very nice people who made my stay comfortable and welcoming; second; the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, the bed was comfortable and the room had all it needed in it.

location (not too noisy area, but still close to St. Pancras and not too far away from the city centre), relatively friendly and accomodating staff, good internet connexion.

a bit run down, poor breakfast; overall I thought I'd get a better value for money for the price I was paying.

    Superb

The room was nicely decorated, it was clean and cosy. Very good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast. We were not expecting a cooked breakfast, but got one as well as a good selection of cereal and jams etc! Our room was on the top floor so quite a few stairs to climb but it didn't bother us at all!

To be honest, for the price (60 pounds for the night) I can't complain about anything! Yes, the room was small but it had everything we needed, including plenty of good (PG tips!) teabags and and flat-screen tv. We didn't notice any disturbing noises or traffic, the road outside is quiet. I could hear our neighbour snore but that was about it as far as disturbances went!

Location was good for Coventry garden.

Room was very small and facilities were poor. Not that cheap. Breakfast was very poor indeed. Staff more interest in chatting in the kitchen rather than focusing on the guests!!!

    Good

Clean, friendly staff and value for money.

Room a little on small side, but if all your doing is sleeping in it, its adequate.

    Exceptional

I haven t expect much from a small hotel , but i have to say that the stuff were very friendly very helpful, the hotel itself is small but the room is quiet big , you have all the facilities you need, comfortable bed. The location is perfect. I will stay there again if they keep the same prices.

    Very good

Convenient location close to Euston and St Pancras Railway station. Good connection with tube from either or Russell Square. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. So was staff at breakfast. Breakfast was included in the price and involves cereals as well as a decent cooked breakfast. Free internet

Interior is a bit worn. The room is ok when you're by yourself. It would become tight when sharing with someone. When you enter the room, the decor is bright and contemporary, but at closer inspection, it shows that there is quite some wear and tear. No lift and tiny staircase.
